The more I learn and listen the more I realize my marketing For my home based business was like a 13-year-old girl who just got an iPhone yelling and screaming my offer to all from my from a virtual soapbox Via Facebook . LOL not realizing what I was doing just trying to get everyone's attention HEY LOOK AT MY HOME BASED BUSINESS ,  even if they didn't want to hear it (trust me it was awesome for my Facebook friends yeah right).

I have totally changed my style of Marketing my home based business DSD from screaming and shouting to more of a I am looking for business partners. Looking to help people get what they want and not just what I want the more people I can help get what they want the more things will come my way and be in abundance for myself and family.

I have realized that not everyone is going to want what I'm offering and that's okay I would rather speak to people or really engage with people who see my vision or have a vision of what they want to do and where they see there life in the next 3-6 years. This is a business partnership but all business partnerships must come from friendship first. You don't build a house on sand and if all you have is a business relationship your home-based business will fail it's like a saying I heard "the chicken and pig go into business together the place is called eggs and ham. Pig says to the chicken you're involved but I am committed "

A partnership in a online home based business is the same way whether it's your sponsor whether it's the person that brought you into the business both parties have to be committed to the business or it's not going to work. Everyone isn't going to want to join my business and that's okay I don't want to have to talk you into working with me and The MUNSON brothers. We want to change peoples lives and the more then that if we can show someone Else to show somebody else how to change there lives then we know we are doing something right. Let’s just be honest has anyone ever gotten rich over not besides a lottery winner. I have been threw a lot of different biz opts home based etc. some worked for a little while and some didn’t. Think about this if a regular brick and mortar business can get reach over night do you think there is a different overnight get rich biz. (How long has it taken me about 3-4 months to start ranking in Google page 1)

3. Are You Really Afraid of Criticism? 

Come on maybe some people won’t get what you’re saying or what exactly you’re doing but that’s ok this isn’t for everyone. Don’t let anyone take or talk you out of your dreams .This is a part of life. People are going to criticize you simple. Most of the time if I don’t get criticized I feel like no one is listening ha-ha.

You’re working hard let’s get something from it. Start a Google ad sense account today not tomorrow today. Your creating all this content and doing all this research get a little reward from it. Don’t think you going to steer your traffic away when you’re giving people what they want they will come back and reward you with their email to hear more from you. First payment I ever received from Google was for $1.26 from my blog it wasn’t much but it was a great feeling of getting something for all the hard work.

5. You’re not putting your blog out there for the right people.

Your blog about make money isn’t going to be appealing to someone looking for a cat sweater I am sorry but it’s just not going to, you need to find your niche and a blog directory about your niche to guest post and comment on. These can’t be spam comment like (I like your blog great job) then your link. We have to read and add value to the blog or the community it’s really not that hard. Think about it this way you might even learn from the people writing the blog and other comments on the blog that your about to comment on . Set up a list of 10 blogs and comment on them each week.

Another Birthday = Awesome Empower Style

MY Twin girls 4th Birthday 


This is one of the best ones why you ask because I finally had the time to spend it with them . I mean I have been with them since birth first one to touch them ( besides doctors ) and the last one to touch them each night. We read a book and a bear hug with a good night kiss each night.

We went to school together of course the have there whole happy birthday banner on which was a little to big but me and mom worked it out with a little trim job couple of staples they were ready to go. There was something today I didn't realize how cool it was and how much I truly missed until I was able to take them and experience it with them instead of on the phone saying once again dad had to work but the next year I will be there . Well guess who's boat didn't come in so I had to swim out to it and making it happen from empower network .

I really enjoyed seeing my kids around there friends at school and all of them singing happy birthday to them. Seeing first hand there faces light up was something I was waiting to do and have finally made that happen. I was truly fed up with watching threw a video or looking at some pictures . I really appreciate the pictures all my family has taken for me in the past but its truly not the same as it is to see in live.

Today I looked at there baby pictures and the photos really hit home today for me 4 short years have flew by and I have missed a lot . NO LONGER will that be the case. Not going to miss the important things to me to make my boss rich.

This is the fuel to fire me up about my own business online . Where i will be setting my own schedule setting my life up as I want it to be no boss life style . Making my own decisions about what's important to me not what other people think .


The older I get the faster this wonderfully thing we call life is going , just like that 4 years have gone by so I thank god I made the decision to work for myself . I made this decision just in time for my family to be there with them daily to experience things with them instead of hearing about it or looking at pictures to be there because life is short and you never know.

 My wife and I watched money ball it's a great movie and a great plot if you haven't seen it you should it's a old-school David and Goliath movie. It's about major-league baseball's Oakland A's in the 2000 era 2002 to 2010 it's a story about the Oakland A's having a limited budget around 40 million a year in payroll but they are going against teams like the Yankees with 110 million dollar payroll.

So I started thinking about my business with empower network's profit blogging and how to blog for a income. Nothing better then being able to take your kids to school each day to walk them to class and help them unpack their backpacks To put their lunch bags in there cubbyholes . It gives me goose-bumps just talking and writing about it or when you are able to pick them up take them to a park and watch them grow up in front of your eyes time is everything nowadays because it's so limited . So short of time we all have that is why I started my online career to be able to set my own schedule to do things I want to do Not what someone else is telling me to do I really am going to make my online career worth my while because my ( why )

 has a time limit it has an expiration date (me) I won't always be here so my time with my family is so important that failure is not an option with Empower Network. We as people are not meant to be average we are not made to miss our children grow up because we are at our job (just over broke)  or working a 12 hour a day job. No one meant for it to become that it's just happening to us and we are taking it right to the gut each day and each week we missed something with our family another baseball game or a school play.

 

What are we doing this for a paycheck each week something our kids don't understand all they remember is us not being there , They remember the time spent together not the time their parents had to work overtime to keep the lights on or food on the table. I remember my parents working all the time I didn't understand it then. I played 40 football games in high school my dad I think made it to 6 . I am not mad at him for it I know he did what he had to do to make things happen back then. 

So what is your time worth( BE HONEST you deserve it )  to you and your family is it worth missing all that time for a job you don't like or even hate.  The settling now days is making me sick it’s downright ridiculous. Let’s get on a different mindset a better life thought process for ourselves and the people around us who mean the most to us. We are the average of the 5 people we spend the most time with so let’s tip the scales in our favor lets change our circles mindset with a whole new way of thinking so that the top 5 people we associate with will be on our same level. A better lifestyle Level.

We aren’t  getting were we want on our own we are going to need help and what better way to help everyone around you be successfully at whatever they want to do then starting with the  person in the  mirror . I am telling you I know there has been a time when you have brought yourself down as well as the people around you. So stop just stop it. Take all the bad out and replace it with a great mindset and a can do associate to attract great things to you and your family and friends.
